Arrived to find the PC in a blue screen state (lockup and stop booting into windows) almost immediately when the machine was turned on. The hard drive was then removed and placed in another computer for data translation, so the data could still be used while the computer was being repaired. The drive responded in windows with a note saying THIS DRIVE IS NOT FORMATTED, WOULD YOU LIKE TO FORMAT IT NOW? The drive was removed and taken back to the shop. At the shop we Immediately put the drive on the workbench    and started the data recovery. All data was recovered and ghosted to a new drive. The drive was brought back to the clients location where it was later installed. The computer booted up fine. Tested programs with the client. Issues was resolved in minimal time and data loss.
