Step 1 - Microsoft Exchange Server Readiness Assessment

In this step, we will analyze business requirements and map them to Microsoft Exchange Server capabilities. We will review your current environment, including the Windows 2000/2003 domain, network and SMTP architectures. Any necessary changes or problems that may cause undue risk for the migration will be discovered over the course of the assessment. Will we assess DNS, which is a vital to the success of any migration and DHCP and reserved static IP address. We examine your current Active Directory environment if you are migrating from Exchange 2000 to 2007 or review your Windows NT 4.0 environment and determine the most cost effect migrations. We will review your current message environment, existing domains and the network architectureWe will review and address your E-mail Server Archiving & Storage. We will go back to our office and design, quote and deliver to you in writing a plan for your Exchange migration to Server 2007
 
Step 2 - Microsoft Exchange Server Implementation
After you give us the go ahead. We we install and configure Microsoft Exchange Server software and all relevant Microsoft Service Packs and Hot Fixes. The Windows NT (WNT) network protocols, the Microsoft Exchange Server connectors for Internet Mail, Mail Service,  along with the Exchange Server client software for networked clients will be configured, as appropriate. The client connection to the server and a mailbox and the ability to send and receive mail to and from the server will be verified. We will test remote connectivity, local area connectivity, examine the event logs, and train you and your company on the proper use of Exchange email software. We will setup and configure your backup software in the production environment to backup and restore your Exchange information store and individual mailboxes.
 
Step3 Post Exchange Server migration server Support
– Installation and completion of the migration is not the end of the relationship. Intercore will proactively maintain your Exchange server and offer 3rd party or in some cases 1st party help desk support on Microsoft Outlook, Retrieval of lost emails, continue training on outlook features and service patches. Complete documentation and training will be conducted for the ongoing maintenance of the system.
