After upgrading to exchange 2003

How to add a short cut to the desktop for microsoft outlook2003. After we upgrade the company from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003 we decided to upgrade outlook 2000 to outlook 2003. There were macros on the the previous outlook program. On the the macros was a short cut to the a new mail message. below is the code or example on how to place a new short cut. Either on the desktop as short cut or on the microsoft toolbar.
