Broken RAID drive
Broken RAID drive, the server is down! Intercore to the rescue again.  The serve was not working because of a broken RAID drive. We fixed the drive. We were then brought back to replace the 7 year old server. We installed a DELL server with Windows 2003, Exchange 2003. Moved mailboxes from the ISP to the Exchange server. Reconfigured each Outlook client to get mail from the new server. Connected 2 remote offices via VPN, Terminal Services and Outlook Web Access or OWA. The migration started Friday and ended on Monday with a 3 many crew at the office. No issues what so ever.
