Zero Tolerance for Down-time
Network very slow, users losing faith in the network and administration. Constant rebooting and lost print jobs.

Intercore inspected the network, servers, workstations, applications, and general configuration of the network. After careful review of all systems Intercore performed an entire reinstall of the entire domain without user downtime.


Scope of what we did: Prepared active directory, domain, and forest for migration. Reviewed Server’s health, exchange database fragmentation, event logs, disk space for information store, and active directory schema health. Installed Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003, made sure replication was complete. Installed all necessary components. Moved over mailboxes and tested.
